• To change the look of a product which is quite prevalently used in modular homes, panelling with wallpaper made on to it, don't try to remove the wallpaper, you will have a mess if you do. Just paint over it. It helps if you use a primer first.
• To put up new wallpaper over this same board, if you are going over wallpaper, you can use a sealing agent, sold at most discount stores and home products stores. We used a powder that we mixed with cool water and then applied to the entire area of the wallpaper board before we wallpapered.
• If you have a feature in your home that you cannot stand, but cannot easily remove, think of a way to use it in a unique and interesting way.
