All of the custom graphics that I have made or will make in the future are copyrighted by me. They may NOT be altered in anyway. They may not be copied and manipulated in any way. This includes resizing.

Size considerations should be made by the web site owner in advance. If you are uncertain as to what a certain dimension looks like, please write me HERE to discuss it.

I love working with children who have their own websites! A parent or guardian should write me as well as the child. The parent or guardian should supervise the entire process of design, approval, and sending the necessary funds.

Funds are due as soon as the design and approval phase has been completed. Orders over $100 require a deposit of one third of the total. Work cannot begin until this deposit is received. In dollars, this is $33.33 for $100 and so on. When I am mostly finished, I will be putting your graphics on line for you to see. They will have the word "Proof" stamped on them. As soon as your check is received, I will replace the proof with the actual graphic. There will be no exceptions.

For watercolor books , I never cash the check until I have mailed the book. Please email me at Special email for the book only.

After a graphic size and contents have been decided upon, and the agreed upon graphic has been approved: that is, when it is complete according to the patron's order, there will be NO further additions of other items to that graphic. If this is insisted upon, there will be a $25 charge per item inserted into the original graphic.
