Design Tips for the Webmaster (or Webmistress).

Hi! I've decided to offer some design tips because I so often see color schemes that jangle, color schemes that are NO scheme and designs that are a jumble, not a design. I think that many web writers just wing it because they don't really have a knowledge of what it takes to have a pleasing overall look. I hope to cover several main topics on this page. I hope that it truly helps! I won't be talking about Java or frames because they don't figure in this subject. I don't use either because I consider them to be just fancy for the sake of being able to do it. They don't serve any useful purpose as far as I can see. I'm so worn out from the Java flash of many colors before you see the page. And I'm worn out by frames that are more difficult to navigate and get out of than I care to fool with.

Here's a brief outline of what I want to write about.
